Wednesday @ 7:30pm
Thursday @ 7:30pm
Friday @ 8:00pm
Saturday @ 2:30pm
Saturday @ 8:00pm
Sunday @ 2:00pm
Sunday @ 7:30pm

What is the run time of the show?

2 hours and 45 minutes, including one 20-minute intermission.

When does the shop open for each performance?

Pie and mash is served beginning 90 minutes prior to each curtain, and those who have purchased it may arrive anytime after that until 30 minutes before curtain (at which point the last pie is served). All tables must be cleared 15 minutes later for performer safety. We encourage you to arrive on the early side so your meal is not rushed.

If you’re not dining with us, you’re welcome to enter the shop beginning 15 minutes prior to show time. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks may be purchased from the bar in the lobby before each show and during intermission. No outside food or drinks are permitted.

Is there late seating and/or re-entry?

There is no late seating or re-entry, unfortunately, due to the nature of the staging and safety of our performers. If you need to leave the shop during the performance, we will only be able to re-seat you after the intermission.

Is there an email list?

There is indeed! To sign up, please click HERE to sign up and follow the steps to completion, including final verification via a confirmation email.

Buying Tickets

What is the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased within one order?

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased within one order is 4.

Which seats are closest to the action?

The tables positioned at the top of the seating diagram receive a higher degree of traffic from our performers–though action does take place throughout the shop. Guests who prefer to remain a bit further from the action may prefer to choose counter seats.

Why can’t I print out or pick up my tickets ahead of time?

All guests will receive an email confirmation from OvationTix immediately after purchasing tickets, including seating location(s). Physical tickets will only be printed at the Barrow Street Theatre box office, and will be available for pickup beginning 90 minutes prior to the performance you are attending. All guests will be required to show photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order. Please understand this is for your protection: ticket fraud and third party re-selling, often at extremely higher (and unlawful) prices, has become a pervasive problem in our industry.

Are there group sales?

We would be happy to help arrange group sales of 12 or more. Please contact the box office at

Are there refunds and/or exchanges?

All purchases are final; we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

If I don’t buy pie and mash with my ticket, can I still purchase it when I arrive at the theater? What about drinks?

Pie and mash may only be purchased in advance with tickets. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks may be purchased a la carte from The Barrow Street Theatre lobby bar before each show and during intermission, and may be taken into the shop. No outside food or drinks are permitted.

What do Restricted View and Partial View mean?

Restricted View seating locations face away from where the majority of the action takes place within the shop, so they may require one to turn in one’s seat. The banquettes have been designed to accommodate this movement comfortably.

Partial View seating locations are located in the 2nd row of our Upstairs and have some visual obstructions.

Is pre-show pie and mash available for purchase with every seat within the pie shop?

Is the Barrow Street Theatre and the shop ADA accessible?

Yes. The Downstairs of the shop is fully ADA compliant. As Greenwich House is an early 1900s building, however, a ramp is required for wheelchairs to access the lobby and Downstairs of the shop from the street. Any guest with mobility issues should purchase tickets Downstairs. Please contact the box office after booking to let us know about any access requirements by calling 212-243-6262 or emailing
